Investment & Booking Process

 

We believe in transparency and simplicity when it comes to planning your travel experience. Below is a clear overview of how our fees work, so you can move forward with confidence.

Step 1 — Submit Inquiry 

Complete the intake form so we can learn about your travel vision, preferences, and key details.

Step 2 — Discovery Call

We connect to discuss your goals, preferences, and overall vision, ensuring we fully understand the experience you want to create. For destination weddings, honeymoons, and romance travel, this call also clarifies your vision, guest needs, and the emotional tone you want the experience to carry. Schedule a discovery call. 

Step 3 — Planning Initiation/Trip Design

A small, non-refundable planning fee ($10–$25 per traveler) is collected to begin research and trip design. This fee is applied toward your booking if you move forward. We will create a personalized travel proposal tailored to your needs and preferences.

Step 4 — Approval & Investment

Once approved, your service fee (10%–18% depending on group size) is finalized and booking preparation begins. Our detailed client agreement outlines our planning process, service fees, and what you can expect when working with us.

Step 5 — Booking & Management

We coordinate and manage all reservations, ensuring a seamless and organized experience.

Step 6 — Final Documents

All travel documents and final details are delivered through your personal client portal.

Step 7 — Bon Voyage

You’re fully prepared for departure, with our support continuing through your journey and beyond. Post‑trip follow‑up included.
