I cannot say enough amazing things about Twelve Three Travel Company and the incredible experience they created for my New York trip! From the very beginning, they truly listened to what I wanted — a magical Broadway experience, nonstop exploring, amazing food, shopping in Times Square, and a hotel that felt just as special as the city itself. And they absolutely delivered!
They booked me at Hotel 50 Bowery, and it was PERFECT. The location could not have been better — right in the heart of Chinatown, with easy access to everything. I was able to hop on the subway quickly to get to Times Square, stroll through Little Italy, and explore different neighborhoods with so much ease. It truly made sightseeing and exploring the city effortless.
The hotel itself was stunning. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — such a cozy retreat after long days of walking the city and soaking in the energy of New York. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave incredible city views, and the beds were heavenly. The attention to detail in the décor made it feel boutique and upscale, but still warm and welcoming.
One of my favorite parts? The rooftop bar with panoramic skyline views — it was the perfect place to unwind at night and take in the city lights. The hotel also had thoughtful amenities like complimentary morning coffee, a fitness center, and a curated art collection throughout the property that made the stay feel unique and elevated. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless.
And of course, the highlight of the trip was seeing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway — absolutely magical! Being able to easily get to the theater district, shop in Times Square, and then come back to such a beautiful, relaxing hotel made the entire experience unforgettable.
Twelve Three Travel Company thought of everything. The planning was smooth, the communication was clear, and every recommendation fit exactly what I envisioned. It truly felt personalized and intentional — not just a booking, but a curated experience.
